Overview
At Sociobeam, we are committed to delivering high-quality social media marketing and digital services. Due to the strategic and customized nature of our work, refunds are governed by the terms below.
Service-Based Refunds
All strategy, consulting, and digital marketing services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or transaction fees.
Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the service period has started.
Clients may cancel future billing cycles with written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Advertising Spend
Paid advertising budgets (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) are managed on behalf of the client and are non-refundable once allocated to ad platforms.
Project-Based Work
For milestone-based projects, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
If a project is paused or cancelled mid-way, partial refunds may be considered only for unfinished and unused work.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Sociobeam at support@sociobeam.com to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
